The Basics
The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is officially back, and we are absolutely here for it. Running from March 6 through April 27, 2026, this year's festival is packed with new dishes, refreshing drinks, and a whole lot of Golden State flavor.
Whether you've been counting down the days (guilty) or this is your first time hearing about it, here's the deal: the festival takes over spots all across Disney California Adventure with special marketplace booths and limited-time menu additions at your favorite park restaurants. There's something for everyone, from adventurous foodies to picky eaters to anyone who just wants a really good churro.
We've gone through the full lineup and put together this guide so you know exactly what to expect, where to find the best bites, and what we think is worth the trip all on its own.
Sip and Savor Pass
If you're planning to eat your way through the festival (and honestly, why wouldn't you?), the Sip and Savor Pass is worth a serious look. It comes in a four-tab or eight-tab option, and each tab gets you one select food or non-alcoholic drink item at participating locations. It's a scannable digital pass, so no paper tickets to keep track of.
Bonus: when you buy a Sip and Savor Pass this year, you'll also get a complimentary Mickey-shaped Food & Wine plate (while supplies last). It's the kind of thing that looks great on a shelf at home.
Bookable Experiences
For those of you who want to take things up a notch, there are Beverage Education Seminars at Sonoma Terrace every Saturday and Sunday from March 7 through April 26. These are 30 to 40 minute guided tastings led by expert winemakers and Disney mixologists. Reservations are required, and they do fill up, so don't wait on these.
There are also complimentary culinary demonstrations happening over at the Hollywood Backlot Stage during those same weekends. Local and visiting chefs will be cooking live and sharing tips, and you don't need a reservation for those. Just show up and enjoy.
Festival Marketplaces
This is the heart of the festival. Eight dedicated marketplace booths set up around the park, each with their own themed menu of food and drinks. Here's the full rundown of what you'll find at each one.
California Craft Brews
This booth is all about pairing craft beer with bold flavors. The new Chicharron Nachos are the star here, loaded with chorizo and cheese sauce over crispy chicharron instead of tortilla chips. If you're into beer, the California Beer Flight gives you a taste of four different brews.

The Burrata Toast is returning (toasted Boudin sourdough with onion jam, lemon burrata, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic glaze), and they're adding a new Banana Caramel Bread Pudding with caramelized butter sauce and crushed vanilla wafers. The Bunch of Grapes Pull-apart Bread made from Boudin sourdough is a fun new plant-based option too.
Cappuccino Cart
The new Ube Latte with Matcha Foam is going to be one of the most popular drinks at the whole festival. Ube milk topped with matcha cold foam. Beautiful to look at, delicious to drink.
Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill
The Strawberry Horchata is back, and it remains one of the best non-alcoholic drinks in any Disney park. House-made rice and cinnamon beverage with strawberry puree. You can also grab the cocktail version with spiced rum.

There's also a Lemon-Pepper Turkey Leg for something a little different. Blue Vanilla and Watermelon Cotton Candy are available too, and both are redeemable with the Sip and Savor Pass.

Our Must-Try List
With so many options, it can be tough to narrow it down. Here are the items we're most excited about and the ones we'd prioritize if we only had one day:
- Ramen Mac & Cheese at Peppers Cali-Ente. The combination of furikake crumble, fish cakes, and chile crunch on mac and cheese sounds like a winner.
- Torta Ahogada at Mercado de Antojos. Braised pork carnitas on a hearty torta? That's a must.
- Ube Latte with Matcha Foam at Cappuccino Cart. This one's going to look amazing and taste even better.
- Mimosa Flight at Uncork California. Three mimosas, all new flavors, and the perfect way to kick off a festival morning.
- Chef's Special at Lamplight Lounge. Thai-BBQ porkchop with drunken noodles is exactly the kind of bold, creative dish we love to see.
- Frozen Banoffee Banana at Clarabelle's. Banoffee and a frozen banana together? Sign us up.
- Chicharron Nachos at California Craft Brews. Nachos on chicharron instead of chips is the kind of move that just makes sense.
- Pandan Latte Churro at Terran Treats. Coffee sugar, pandan cream, and toasted coconut on a churro. Yes, please.
