Disney Springs is getting ready for Halloween, and if you love food, there's a lot to look forward to. Starting August 11, several locations around the shopping and dining district are rolling out special Halloween menus that'll stick around through early November.
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar is bringing back its Halloween overlay with a full lineup of themed appetizers, mains, and drinks. The bar's getting decked out in spooky décor and opening its seasonal menu on August 11 through November 9.

Appetizers and Sides

- Candelabra Eggs: Deviled eggs with crispy fried chicken, sweet-and-tart pepper sauce, and aji amarillo custard
- Dark Forest Dip: Roasted mixed mushrooms, baby rainbow carrots, hummus, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pita
- Bone Kebabs: Pork and beef bone kebabs, prosciutto, creamy tomato sauce, and kataifi straws
- Skull of the Dead Dip: Barbacoa beef, cheddar sauce, spicy fried onion straws, and plantain chips

Mains

- Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken: Crispy fried chicken, candied bacon, spiced walnuts, popcorn, and hot honey sauce
- Alien Invader Sliders: Crispy Nashville hot fried chicken, sliced provolone, dill pickle slices, cheddar-chive biscuit, and queen olives

Cocktails

- Fright of the Espresso: Cold brew with pumpkin spice liqueur and garnish
- Skull and Sour: Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bols Peach Schnapps, lemon juice, and pumpkin spice syrup topped with green apple juice-filled pearls and gummy strands
- Temple of Doom Margarita: Patrón Silver Tequila, Bols Blackberry Brandy, blackberry purée, habanero-lime syrup, and lime juice with a black sugar rim
- Midnight Relic: Tito's Handmade Vodka, ube syrup, cream of coconut, lemon juice, and edible glitter
- Viper's Nest: DOLE Pineapple Juice, white cranberry juice, green apple syrup, blue curaçao syrup, Sprite, and butterfly pea extract with green apple juice-filled pearls and gummy candy

Other Disney Springs venues are also getting in on the Halloween action. Amorette's Patisserie is serving up a Candle Petit Cake, while The Ganachery is offering a Pumpkin Spice S'more alongside returning favorites.

If you're visiting the theme parks, keep an eye out. Disney's said there'll be more Halloween treats coming to EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom as the season rolls on.
