Disney Cruise Line's newest ship, the Disney Believe, sets sail in December 2027, and Disney's already sharing details about what you'll eat and drink onboard. There's plenty to look forward to, especially if you've got a sweet tooth or you're interested in themed cocktail lounges.
Inside Out: Joyful Sweets
The ship will feature a new dessert shop called Inside Out: Joyful Sweets inspired by Inside Out 2. You'll find over 20 flavors of gelato and ice cream here, plus character-themed treats and life-sized sculptures of Anxiety, Joy, and other emotions from the film.
The menu includes cupcakes that match each emotion: a Joy Lemon Confetti Cupcake with vanilla cake and lemon buttercream, an Anger Red Velvet Spiced Cupcake with cinnamon frosting and chocolate ganache, an Anxiety Orange-Almond Cupcake with espresso-chocolate crème, and an Envy Sour Apple Cupcake with matcha buttercream.

There's also a lineup of popsicles, crisped rice cereal treats, shortbread cookies, and chocolate spheres, all decorated to represent different emotions. Each treat has specific fillings and toppings that match its character.

Three New Lounges
Beyond the sweet shop, three new lounges are coming to the Disney Believe with menus and designs tied to classic Disney films.
Sea Notes takes inspiration from The Little Mermaid and features an iridescent piano lounge with an under-the-sea theme. Signature drinks include the Sea Salt Martini (made with Mermaid Sea Salt Vodka, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, cucumber juice, and Cocchi Americano, topped with salted coconut sea foam) and a non-alcoholic version called Under the Seaweed (Lyre's Tequila Alternative, cucumber juice, coconut water, lime juice, and blue curacao syrup with nori seaweed).

Wishing Well pulls from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs with a storybook setting. One featured drink is The Peddler's Disguise, which changes color when poured: it contains green apple, elderflower, vanilla, white cranberry juice, lime juice, and Fever-Tree Lime Yuzu Soda.

The final lounge, Skygazers, is themed like an astronomer's laboratory. Drinks here have a celestial angle: Moonshine (Roku Gin, Dassai Blue 50 Sake, Chareau Aloe Liqueur, Cocchi Americano, and moon aroma bubble) and the non-alcoholic Starshine (Seedlip Garden 108, Origami Zero Non-Alcoholic Sake, white grape, yuzu, elderflower, and moon aroma bubble) both come in sparkly vessels designed to evoke stars.

More details about the Disney Believe are expected to roll out before the ship's maiden voyage.
