Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby is now open at Downtown Disney District, bringing British fine dining and '60s London aesthetics to the shopping and dining area at Disneyland Resort.
The restaurant channels the energy of Carnaby Street during London's swinging sixties, complete with plush interiors, bold British pop art, and a soundtrack of British Invasion hits. You can dine at a signature booth, claim a spot at the bar, or grab a table on the expansive outdoor terrace overlooking the district.

What's on the Menu
Chef Ramsay's menu focuses on elevated British comfort food alongside globally inspired dishes. Signature offerings include:
- Beef Wellington with potato purée and fresh herb salad
- Fish & Chips done the Gordon Ramsay way, with tartar sauce and mushy peas
- Bangers & Mash featuring Cumberland sausage and onion jus
- Cottage Pie with beef short rib and a potato crust
- Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert

You'll also find dishes like branzino, chicken Milanese, chickpea tikka masala, and a Wagyu burger. One standout feature is the tableside prime rib cart, where servers hand-carve selections and plate them with Yorkshire pudding, roasted vegetables, and au jus.

Drinks and Cocktails
The Carnaby's bar program includes an impressive wine and beer selection, plus signature cocktails designed to evoke London's classic pub scene. Standouts include the Peach & Basil Old Fashioned with basil sugar and peach cotton candy, the Cherry Baby with dragon fruit powder and cherry blossom air, and the Passionfruit Royale with prosecco and passion fruit bubble.

More Dining Changes at Downtown Disney
The Carnaby joins a growing roster of chef-driven restaurants at Downtown Disney. Paseo and Céntrico from chef Carlos Gaytán are already open, while Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon from Joe Isidori is coming soon, along with Pearl's Roadside BBQ.
