Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar at Disney Springs is bringing back its Halloween transformation, and there's a whole new menu to go along with the seasonal décor. You can experience the themed bar from now through November 9.
What's on the Menu
The Halloween offerings include five brand new food items and four new cocktails, all designed to fit the spooky vibe. Here's what's available:
Food
- Candelabra Eggs: Deviled eggs topped with crispy fried chicken, sweet-and-tart pepper sauce, and aji amarillo custard
- Dark Forest Dip: Roasted mushrooms, baby rainbow carrots, hummus, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pita
- Bone Kebabs: Pork and beef bone kebabs with prosciutto, creamy tomato sauce, and katifi straws
- Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken: Crispy fried chicken, candied bacon, spiced walnuts, popcorn, and hot honey sauce
- Skull of the Dead Dip: Barbacoa beef, cheddar sauce, spicy fried onion straws, and plantain chips
- Alien Invader Sliders: Nashville hot fried chicken, provolone, dill pickles, cheddar-chive biscuit, and queen olives (returning item)
Cocktails
- Fright of the Espresso (New)
- Skull and Sour: Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bols Peach Schnapps, lemon juice, and pumpkin spice syrup with green apple juice pearls and gummy strands
- Temple of Doom Margarita: Patrón Silver Tequila, Bols Blackberry Brandy, blackberry purée, habanero-lime syrup, lime juice, and a black sugar rim with berries
- Midnight Relic: Tito's Handmade Vodka, ube syrup, cream of coconut, lemon juice, and edible glitter
- Viper's Nest: Pineapple juice, white cranberry juice, green apple syrup, blue curaçao, Sprite, and butterfly pea extract topped with green apple pearls and gummy candy
The Décor
The bar's transformation channels vintage Halloween from decades past, with details scattered throughout. Pumpkin scarecrows greet you at the entrance, and if you look closely, you might spot one that's mimicking Jock himself with a spooky twist.
Inside, you'll find black cat decorations in the Beistle style watching over the room, vintage lanterns casting a warm glow, and jack-o'-lanterns hanging above the diving bell seating area. Retro blow molds with expressive faces light up the space, and festive tinsel garland from the 1940s frames Jock's collection of artifacts and memorabilia.
Keep an eye out for references to The Rocketeer (1991), including a "Bigelow's Air Circus" banner and a South Seas Club coaster. And if you're wondering about Reggie, Jock's boa constrictor, his cage is empty once again, so he's presumably slithering around somewhere.
About Jock Lindsey
Jock is Indiana Jones' pilot companion who found his way to Disney Springs in 1938 while pursuing a lead connected to mythology. He settled on the waterfront property and built the hangar bar as his home base. The space is packed with artifacts tied to both Indiana Jones lore and the broader Society of Explorers and Adventurers (S.E.A.) universe, suggesting Jock was either a member or close to the organization. The hangar became a gathering spot for adventurers blending exploration and mystery with Disney storytelling.
