The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom is launching a limited-time pop-up menu starting October 4, with reservations opening September 29. If you're planning a trip, here's what you'll find when you stop by.
The kitchen's putting out a solid lineup of shareable small plates and drinks with a frontier vibe. You've got your classics like Glazed Sticky Ribs with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps, a Charcuterie board loaded with cured meats and cheeses, and Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends served with warm tortilla chips. There's also Sweet Golden Corn Fritters with cilantro ranch and red chili honey, Chipotle Chicken Tostadas, and a fun Mini Hot Dog Platter wrapped in pastry.
Non-Alcoholic Options
