First Look: Newest Food and Drink Items for Bluey's Disneyland Debut

Disneyland's getting a Bluey-themed food takeover at Troubadour Tavern starting March 22, with Dutch mini pancakes called poffertjes plus loaded baked potatoes and special sips. There's also a chocolate Stumpfest Cake at Plaza Inn and a collectible popcorn bucket hitting carts around the park.

Bluey Poffertjes Are Coming to Disneyland and I'm Not Okay

Okay, I need to sit down. Or maybe jump up and down. Actually, both. Because Disney just announced that Bluey poffertjes are coming to Disneyland starting March 22 and I'm genuinely losing my mind a little.

Starting that same day that Bluey and Bingo take the stage at the Fantasyland Theatre for Bluey's Best Day Ever!, Troubadour Tavern in Fantasyland is becoming ground zero for all our snack dreams. And yes, we're talking about Poffertjes! Poffertjes! Those mini Dutch pancakes will be topped with buttered condensed milk and powdered sugar, which sounds like someone asked a five-year-old to design the perfect dessert and honestly? They nailed it.

But that's not even the half of it. The whole menu is basically a love letter to the show. You've got the Magic Asparagus Pretzel, which is just a pretzel rod coated in white chocolate. I'm not totally sure what makes it asparagus, maybe the green sprinkles, but I'm not asking questions. There's also the Pizza Girls Baked Potato loaded with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, marinara, mozzarella, and alfredo sauce. It's inspired by the episode where they play pizza shop, and now I can't stop imagining Bandit trying to actually cook dinner without setting something on fire.

The Rest of the Bites

And we haven't even gotten to the drinks yet. The Mud Cake Cold Brew sounds like it could power me through rope drop straight to fireworks. It's Joffrey's French Roast with malted milk, fudge brownie bits, and sprinkles. Plus there's a Lime Ice Block Drink with pineapple limeade and coconut milk that comes with an actual Watermelon Ice Block floating in it. You know, for the aesthetic.

If you're over at Plaza Inn on Main Street, grab the Stumpfest Cake. It's a chocolate roulade with white chocolate mousse and ganache, which basically means it's a fancy chocolate roll that pairs perfectly with sitting on a curb watching the parade go by.

Don't Skip the Bucket

Oh, and we can't forget the merch that doubles as a snack. Select popcorn carts around the park will have the Bluey Bucket starting March 22 too. It's limited to ten per person per transaction, so apparently Disney knows we're all about to lose our minds and buy them for every niece, nephew, and neighbor we know.

There's even a Bluey Sipper cup available, limited to two per person, so you can stay hydrated while you run around trying to spot the Heelers. Mobile order is available at Troubadour Tavern, which is good because I have a feeling the line for those poffertjes is going to be absolutely wild. And honestly? Worth it. I'm already planning my attack: poffertjes first, then pretend I'm being healthy with the watermelon ice block, then immediately undo that with the mud cake cold brew. It's called balance.
