The 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is shaping up to be seven weeks of pure sensory joy, running March 8 through April 27. Whether you’re mapping out your sipping strategy or just looking for the perfect soundtrack to accompany that lobster mac, Disney has finally released the full live music schedule—and you’re going to want to save this one.
Two distinct stages anchor the musical lineup this year, each offering a completely different vibe. Over at the Palisades Stage, perched above Paradise Bay with that gorgeous waterfront backdrop, shows run Fridays through Sundays at 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. It’s the ideal spot to catch your breath between bites while the sun starts to dip toward World of Color’s home. Meanwhile, down at the Paradise Garden Bandstand, performances happen daily at 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m., tucked into that lush green space that feels worlds away from the crowds.
The talent roster spans eighteen rotating acts, guaranteeing something for every musical appetite. Swing enthusiasts can mark their calendars for Phat Cat Swinger on March 22 and April 19, the Alpha Rhythm Kings on April 10 and 24, and Amanda Castro Band’s swing jazz sets on March 13, 21, and April 17. The world music offerings are just as rich. Country fans have Sabrina Lentini on March 14, April 2, 3, and 19, while Faultlines offers folk melodies on March 13, 15, 19, April 16, and 26. And for something truly unique, The Filharmonic brings their a cappella magic to the Palisades Stage on March 7, 21, 27, April 10, and 12.
With weekend evenings at Palisades and daily shows at Paradise Garden, you can quite literally wander from wine booth to wine booth with live music guiding your way from March 6 straight through the final weekend.
